The fun begins

Yesterday Lindsay (my travel partner) arrived in Toronto. After not seeing each other for four months, we visited, and discussed our plans for the month ahead.We wanted to start our trip by exploring one of Canada's largest cities.

Today we began exploring the City. We met up with one of Lindsay's friends and she showed us the wonders of Toronto. Viewing the CN tower from the 70th floor of the BMO building was amazing. We didn't venture up the tower ourselves but the experience we had was one of a kind.

After the view we walked to Kensington Market and walked around. The shops there were so cute. I know that some of my friends from Winnipeg would love the unique shops in that area.

Now we are in Welland. While we are here we will organize our plans, get last minute items, visit Niagara Falls and hopefully, visit on of the wineries in the Niagara Region. Our trip has started off great, and we are very excited to fly out on Tuesday.

One week until departure

Well, I have one week and two days until I leave on my exciting adventure to Europe. I have chosen to write this blog to keep everyone updated on my travels with entertaining pictures and stories from the places I will visit.



I will be travelling for one month. I am going to the following places:

• Naples, Italy
• Rome Italy

It will be a busy month, and I am excited to share every step of the way with you. Flights, trains, and hostels are booked. All that I have left to do is pack and leave. I will post on this blog as often as I can get to a computer.

I have a basic outline of what to do in each place, but please give me suggestions if you have some.
