Bonjour Paris

I just left paris this morning, and it was an amazing 3 days. Lindsay and I had a great time, we saw all the tourist sights, and experienced local Parisien life.

We were staying with a French family about 40 min. south of Paris. The town was adorable (I can leave the name at a later date, I do not have my notes with me). At this house we ate real french cuisine, including but not limited to, duck, cheese, and bread. I love french bread. The communication barrier was a little challenging, but we had a friend with us who is fluent in both French and English.

We saw many sights. The Effiel Tower, the Louvre, Moulin Rouge and the Nortre Dame were my favourite. I love all the architecture in Paris.

We met up with many of Lindsays exchange student friends. They were all fabulous.

The days in Paris went by too fast. Right now we are in Verona, Italy. A surprise stop that we had to make because of crazy train schedules. I am excited to see Italy.

My next post will probably be after the Sound of Music tour in Salzburg.

Ciao for now.

P.S. I will post pictures later, as I do not have time right now.

15 minutes

Well, there are 15 minutes left until Lindsay and I leave for Toronto/Europe.

I just wanted to leave a quick post before I leave because I don't know when I will have access to a computer.

Lindsay and I had a fabulous time in the Niagara Region. We explored Niagara Falls, had a wine tour at Jackson Triggs and let's not forget the Welland Canal.

We are getting excited to leave, are all packed and anxious for the flight. Tomorrow at this time we will be in Paris.

Hope everyone has a great month.

Ciao for now.
